Hi Camille, thanks for an awesome vision workbook class on Saturday. You really inspired me to take action to turn one of my unused spaces into a room dedicated to floral design. I’m in the process of reconfiguring it for my new needs. I will complete the workbook and then make the vision board. You have great concrete (and yet not overwhelming) steps for me to take to get action and traction on my goals. Thanks so much. Xo
My morning reverie includes the following readings:
Unity Daily Word
Phases of the Moon Card by Snake and Snake
Llewellyn's Moon Sign Book
The Secret Language of Flowers by Samantha Gray
Twelve Moons of the Year by Hal Borland
Simple Abundance by Sarah Ban Breathnach
Each reading is designated for the day, e.g. January 15th, except for Secret Language, and in that one I read about one flower each day.
I record everything in my journal, including the temp and wind chill (!!) and the sunrise and sunset times, and then write my "Five Things I Am Thankful for This Morning"
And this is accompanied by a wonderful cups of Misha's coffee (Alexandria, VA) with half and half!
Morning routine includes an intentional space (chair in my kitchen hearth) and bonus is a fire. I start with two freewrite pages (this comes the the Artist Way books- Julia Cameron). 2 pages or so to release the subconscious work noise from the sleeping hours. So interesting to see what comes out and just frees up space to be more clear to start the day).
Love how you make intentional time to schedule in your goals— what a simple addition to my AM routine that seems like I’d make such a big difference. 💛
Love your routine! But I would offer one thing that may be missing ( and an important one for me♥️)…..I’ll explain - I am blessed to live in a beautiful spot in Florida where I can gaze out of my glass doors ( in the winter..in the rest of the year I sit on the lanai right in the middle of it all!) and see nature at its finest…water, palm trees, facing the sunrise each morning ( I am always up before!), beautiful birds flying about or swimming in the lake…and I just pause - for however long I need- to give gratitude and then just be in the moment (s) ….however long it feels right - no “to do” , no writing, no sounds ( except in nature)….just being….it has made such a difference ♥️♥️
This is so beautiful Sheri - I agree that when I take a moment to look at the sky and the nature around me, it instantly sparks gratitude. Need to incorporate this regularly! Your home sounds so beautiful ❤️

I love this routine Ellen - Simple Abundance is one of my forever favorites, too!

This is so so beautiful- I can’t believe I’ve never actually gone through The Artist’s Way. This might be the year!!
I've been considering the Oura ring! So glad to hear your love it. Do you feel like it does a good job tracking exercise/steps too?
Yes the best steps tracker I’ve ever used!! I think you’ll love it.
Thanks for this! just curious about how long you spend doing this on any given day?!
Usually about 30 minutes!
