What Finally Fixed My Sleep (After Trying Literally Everything)

Months of 2am wake-ups, every book, tracker, and supplement I could find—it came down to these five things.

Here’s what’s in today’s post:

  • the 3 supplements I take every single night (with dosages)

  • why I quietly dropped one of my “healthy” bedtime habits and what replaced it

  • the single biggest change that finally ended my middle-of-the-night wakeups.

A few years ago, I started waking up at 2 am for no apparent reason. The first night, I chalked it up to stress. The second night, I told myself it would pass. By the fourth or fifth night, I was in a full spiral—zero energy, irritable, dreading bedtime because I knew what was coming. I felt like I was losing my spark, and my days felt shadowed by anxiety and exhaustion.

So I went full investigative journalist on the topic of sleep. Read every book. Saw doctors. Downloaded the apps, bought the trackers, experimented with supplements, obsessively tweaked my evening routine. I was determined to crack the code because running on empty was not something I was willing to accept as my new normal.

And it worked. I now consistently sleep 7-8 hours (my Oura Ring scores want you to know how proud I am). I have the occasional rough night, but I’ve got my toolkit that gets me back on track fast. And the biggest thing I learned through all of it? The bedroom matters more than almost anything else.

Which is why today I’m sharing everything—the exact setup, the supplements, the rituals, and the products that finally made the difference.

Below is for our paid community—the supplements I take (with dosage), the “healthy” habit I dropped, the single change that ended my 2 am wake-ups. If you’ve been on the fence about upgrading, it’s a good one.
